Andrew arrived first, 15 years ago, drawn to the rare “small town feel” of Northern Kentucky that still offers the big city amenities of Cincinnati. A year later, Rachel was just "passing through" when a mutual friend suggested a local guide. That one-day tour turned into a life-changing connection—not just with each other, but with the river cities we both now call home.

Since then, we haven’t just studied the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market; we’ve lived it. We believe that to truly help a family find their home you have to understand the nuances of each location. Our personal history is written into the streets of the neighborhoods we’ve called home over the last 15 years.

Our "Forever" Base: After living in all of these places, we personally chose to plant our roots and raise our family in Fort Thomas, where we have lived for the past 9 years.
